29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): Places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly, or in a sanitary condition: This violation occurred on June 01, 2012, at a work place located at 1201 N. Central Expressway, Plano, TX; employees working at the facility did not have a safe means of walking the aisles in the warehouse areas. The aisles were cluttered with stored product and posed a tripping/fall hazard to employees.
