29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) On the roof of a residential property located at 3240 Melby Road in Eau CLaire, WI; The employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from an unguarded roof without the use of fall protection. SOUTH GATE ROOFING LLC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED ON OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 388642, CITATION 1 ITEM 1 ISSUED ON 05/07/12, AND MADE FINAL ORDER ON 05/30/12, AT A JOBSITE LOCATED AT 2405 HENRY AVENUE IN EAU CLAIRE, WI 54701.
