B) The chain sling being used to restrain the road plate on the south end of the trench was missing a tag.    C) The chain sling laying on the ground on the north side of the trench was missing a tag.

B) Advance Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection #310765979, Citation #2, Item #2, and affirmed as a Final Order on 5/29/08, with respect to a workplace located on Monroe St, Waterloo, WI 53594.
