29 CFR 1926.1052(a)(2): Stairs were not installed between 30 deg. and 50 deg. from horizontal: (a) Between the second and third level of the building on or about June 7, 2012, and at times prior thereto, the temporary stairs were about 67.5 degrees from the horizontal. The bottom of the stairs was about 3 feet from a 6 foot high vertical wall.
