29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. At the okra production upper deck area , the metal grate floor was deteriorating in several places. Broken grating greater than 1 inch in diameter existed where employees stand and work on a daily basis.
