29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and fuardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) 140 State Rt. 10, Randolph, NJ 07869 Employees were observed working on the edge of the roof to dumping debris; exposing employees to an approximately 13-foot fall hazard. Violation was observed on or about 06/06/2012 Furia Roofing Co., Inc. was previously cited for a substantially similar violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 311918858, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1,issued on 03/27/2009 and become a final order on 04/23/2009. Furia Roofing Co., Inc. was previously cited for a substantially similar violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 308622612, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1,issued on 09/29/2006 and become a final order on 01/17/2007 .
