On the northwest side of Building B where masons were laying brick from a Hydromobile scaffold, the platform where the employees were working had large amounts of brick, trash, equipment such as buckets which were not needed accumulated on the platform thereby exposing the employees to a trip fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):     Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews.    a.     On the orthwest corner of Building B whre bricks were being laid, the guardrail was missing from the back of the Hydromobile Scaffold thereby exposing employees to a 20 foot fall.    b.      On the southwest side of the hydromobile scaffold where employees were laying bricks, their was an 11 inch opening at the front side of the platform thereby exposing employees to a 20 foot fall hazard.
