Building 45- Employees were not protected from electrical shock and burns where a 240 volt service cord connecting a Doosan G90 portable generator and a temporary panel board supplying power to outlet receptacles was not protected from damage as it ran on the ground from the road way over the sidewalk and several feet to building 45. The cable was not marked for hard or extra hard usage.
