OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees    On or about 05/24/2012, the employer did not ensure that all employees working on the jobsite were protected from overhead suspended loads. A live temporary power panel attached to a hand truck, weighing approximately 30 lbs, was suspended from a ceiling beam with a single wire, approximately 9 ft above the floor, which created a struck-by hazard, should the wire loosen causing the panel and hand truck to fall, and an electric shock hazard should the panel break apart on impact with the floor.
