29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a. On or about 06/07/12, at the kitchen area, at the Sunset Grille, at Secret Harbour Beach Resort, St. Thomas, VI. An emergency eye wash was not provided in the immediate area when employees used and/or handled Sanitation Solutions corrosive products such as Detergent 3000 (sodium hydroxide), Sani 3000 (sodium hypochlorite) and Grease Go (sodium hydroxide), during dishwashing operation [ANSIZ358.1-2004]. 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):  The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    a. On or about 06/07/12, at the kitchen area, at the Sunset Grille, at Secret Harbour Beach Resort, St. Thomas, VI. The employer did not develop a written hazard communication program to address the use and/or handling of Sanitation Solutions products such as Detergent 3000 (sodium hydroxide), Sani 3000 (sodium hypochlorite), Grease Go (sodium hydroxide), Super Dry 3000 (alcohol ethoxylate), Glass and Surface Cleaner (methanol) and Magic Suds (dodecylbenzyl sulfonic acid) during dishwashing operation.
