29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision:    a.   On or about 06/07/2012, Sunset Grille  6280 Estate Nazareth- Secret Harbour Beach Resort- Dry storage/electrical panel area, St Thomas, VI:  Employees were using an electrical panel where unused openings were not effectively closed, therefore, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact.     NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer within 24 hours of the inspection.
