29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. This violation most recently occurred on June 19, 2012, at the four unit condominiums located at 3017, 3021, 3025, and 3101 Aurora Drive, Plano, Texas 75093; employees were exposed to fall hazards while working 20-feet above the ground level below without the use of a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system.
