29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: This violation occurred on or about October 22, 2014, at a workplace located at 4108 Spring Creek, Plano, TX 75093; where at least two (2) employees, who were performing roof decking, were not protected from falling to the ground below. The Carlos Lara was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314176785, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/09/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 761 Forney, TX 75126.
