29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):� The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift. (This provision is applicable to construction employment by 29 CFR 1926.59.): (a) On the roof of the Regency Tower on or about June 20, 2012, the project engineer stated there was no material safety data sheet available for employees that rolled on Sherwin Williams Tile Clad HS B60U270 paint on the newly installed guardrails. The warning label on the container stated avoid contact with eyes and skin.
