29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard in the workplace: A to Z Cable Construction Inc, at 1351 Highway 119, Black Hawk, CO: On and preceding 6/20/12, A to Z Cable Construction Inc did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard in the workplace. Employees rotomilled and swept debris from the rotomilling of an asphalt highway. The rotomilling and sweeping generated respirable dust. The employer did not evaluate employee exposure to respirable dust. This condition potentially exposed employees to a respiratory hazard.
