Mota Construction Corp, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313209363, Citation Number 01, Item Number 001 Issued 4/15/11 with respect to workplace located at  900 Madison Pl, Shrewsbury, MA 01545. The final order date for the citation was on 5/6/11.    Mota Construction Corp, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number  313205486, Citation Number 01, Item Number 001 Issued 8/19/10 with respect to workplace located at  2 Adams Farm Rd, Shrewsbury, MA 01545.
