Jobsite: An employee fell through an unguarded first floor opening and was injured. MOTA CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS STANDARD ( INSPECTION # 313205486 ). THE CITATION HAD A FINAL ORDER DATE OF SEPTEMBER 3, 2010.
