(a)  Bureau of Reclamation, Administration and Administration AnnexBuilding, relocatable power taps were not used in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:           1.  Class placement manager's office, a relocatable power tap was used to plug in a refrigerator and a coffee maker.         2.  Regional Director's Office, relocatable power taps were daisy chained.         3.  Executive Assistant Office, relocatable power taps were daisy chained.         4.  Regional IT security manager's office, relocatable power tap connected to an extension cord.         5.  Security Office, a relocatable power tap was used to plug-in a microwave oven and a refrigerator.
