(b) Supply technician office - On or about June 20, 2012, a relocatable power tap was used to provide 110VAC service to a refrigerator. (c) Purchasing office - On or about June 20, 2012, a relocatable power tap was used to provide 110VAC service to a paper shredder. (d) Purchasing office - On or about June 20, 2012, a relocatable power tap was used to provide 110VAC service to a toaster, coffee pot, microwave oven and a refrigerator. (e) The U.S. Coast Guard was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311786602, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 2, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 444 S.E. Quincy St., Topeka, KS 66683.

(b) The U.S. Coast Guard was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 307506386, citation number 1, item number 5, and was affirmed as a final order on September 17, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at Personnel Support Services Unit, Kodiak, AK 99619. (c) The U.S. Coast Guard was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 307506378, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 17, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at Base Support Unit Command, Kodiak, AK 99619.
