29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Back of property: Employees without any means of fall protection were replacing metal gutters and flahing on a flat roof approximately 20 feet above a paved driveway, on or about 6/26/2012. Peck Brothers LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (1) which contained in OSHA inspection # 311141535 at a job site located at Bayview Ave., Copiague, NY 11726; citation number 01, item number 04, issued on 7/16/2010 with final order dated 11/08/2010.
