29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present, using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet: (a) In the Range & Speed Department, the list of hazardous chemicals known to be present in that department did not include Anti-Corit, which was present as a coating on gears used in the Man-II work station. Exposure to this substance could potentially cause irritation to eyes and respiratory tract.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2)(xii): Material safety data sheets (MSDS) for hazardous chemicals did not contain at least the name, address and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, employer or other responsible party preparing or distributing the material safety data sheet, who can provide additional information on the hazardous chemical and appropriate emergency procedures, if necessary: (a) Gears imported by the employer (CNH) featured a coating of Anti-Corit oil and workers in the Range & Speed Department were exposed to this chemical during the transmission assembly process. Potential hazards of this chemical include irritation to eyes and respiratory system. The material safety data sheet for this substance only listed the name, address, and telephone number of the Italian manufacturer; CNH was not identified on the material safety data sheet as the responsible party, nor did the material safety data sheet include CNH's address and phone number.
