29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Chevron Gas Station - Employees were working inside a JLG T350 aerial lift truck approximately 15 feet high without a positioning device, which should have been attached, by lanyard, to either the basket or the boom of the lift, while installing a sign on the building. BAKER IMAGING, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 310992102, CITATION NUMBER 001, ITEM NUMBER 001, ISSUED ON MARCH 6, 2009, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2 DERENNE AVNEUE, SAVANNAH, GEORGIA 31406.
