29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1):     Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of American National Standards Institute, B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care and Protection of Abrasive Wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section:    A.) Declan Construction, Inc., 75 College Avenue, Greenville, PA  16125, Thiel College, Science Building, on or about June 26, 2012 and times prior thereto:  An employee was utilizing a DeWalt 4 1/2" angle grinder (M/N:  DW402 / A/N:  D129897) to grind metal during demolition operations.  The angle grinder was not equipped with a guard.

The power tap was not listed/labeled for use in a construction site work environment.
