29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and fuardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) Building 22, Lincoln Shores Apartments - An employee was observed working on a breezeway roof, 13 feet above the ground, without fall protection, on or about June 26, 2012. b) Building 22, Lincoln Shores Apartments - Two employees were observed working at the edge of the main roof, 16 feet 10 inches above the ground, without fall protection, on or about June 26, 2012.
