29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) #1 Sumi Oven; On or about June 27, 2012 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around exposed chains and sprockets which were less than seven feet above the floor.
