29 CFR 1910.109(b)(1):  Explosives or blasting agents were stored, handled, and/or transported when such storage, handling, and transporting of such explosives or blasting agents constituted an undue hazard to life:      a) Sea Watch International, LTD - Employees were exposed to potential explosion and mustard gas exposure hazards as defunct World War military ordnance, hidden among 32 bushels (2000 pounds) of harvested clams, was dumped into a metal silo dropping down onto a conveyor where an employee picked it up and placed it in a five gallon plastic pail containing other previously discovered ordnance and water.  The loaded pail was then carried by another employee out into the parking lot, across the lot and set down in a makeshift bunker for storage.  On or about March 6, 2012.    ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.    REPEAT VIOLATION: Sea Watch International, LTD was previously cited for a violation of this same occupational safety and health standard [29 CFR 1910.109(b)(1)J, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 305946568, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed by a formal settlement agreement on 11/02/2004, with respect to the workplace located at 242 South Rehoboth Boulevard, Milford, DE 19963.
