29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: (a) Jobsite, Waterfront Drive West, Homestead, PA: On or about 06/27/12, a portable 500 gallon diesel tank was positioned between the outriggers of the crane and not adequately protected against collision damage in that the tank could be struck by a moving load or by an outrigger during the repositioning of the crane.
