29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Employees working on a steep-sloped roof at a height greater than six feet were doing so without fall protection. Gethsemane Roofing, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this or its equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10)/(11)/(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313135600, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, Issued on 10/4/2010, and was affirmed final order on 11/26/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 220 Sunrise Court, Deerfield, WI 53531; and OSHA Inspection Number 313129116, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, Issued on 6/23/2009, and was affirmed final order on 7/14/2009, with respect to a workplace located at 640 Enterprise Drive, Verona, WI 53593.
