29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about March 6, 2014, employees working from a residential rooftop installing weatherproofing material at a height greater than six feet were doing so without fall protection. Gethsemane Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this or its equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 502618, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1, Issued on 7/20/2012, and was affirmed final order on 8/24/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 747 N Thompson Drive, Madison, WI 53704.
