29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: On June 25, 2012 at this job site, employees were allowed to work along an open edge of the top of a construction building during lifting of material to the third floor of a construction building an approximate height of 36 feet above ground level without the use of a fall protection system in place.
