29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question: a) 3920 State Route 890 Sunbury, PA: Employees who erected steel tubular scaffolding were not trained to recognize hazards associated with scaffolding safety. They exposed employees who were working on steel tubular scaffolding to a potential scaffold collapse hazard when they failed to erect the scaffolding with all necessary scaffold cross bracing, on or about 06/27/12. Abatement Certification Required
