29 CFR 1926.453(a)(2): Field modification of the aerial lift was not certified in writing by the manufacturer or by any other equivalent entity, such as a nationally recognized testing laboratory, to be in conformity with all applicable provisions of ANSI A92.2-1969. a) Jobsite, 1200 N Mountain Rd Harrisburg, PA: On or about May 22, 2023, employees worked inside an elevated JLG Articulating Boom Lift basket Model# 800AJ that was field modified with a wood frame constructed of framing and structural lumber creating an overload hazard by exceeding the platform rated capacity of 500lbs. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
