The listed items had the following deficiencies: A) Mounting type outlet boxes were used as hanging "pendant" boxes throughout Plants #1 and #2 in areas including, but not limited to the shipping station and the receiving cube. B) Relocatable power taps (power strips) were used to power a variety of equipment throughout Plants #1 and#2 including, not limited to chargers and phone back-up system. Some of the power strips were mounted to building surfaces.
