Note: If using these systems was infeasible or created a greater hazard, the employer should develop and implement a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502: a) On or about June 26, 2012, the exposing employer, Garcia Roofing, did not ensure employees were adequately protected from fall hazards in excess of 10 feet while engaged in re-roofing operations.
