29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):    a) Pieco Inc. dba Superior Trim - Findlay, Ohio: On or about July 10, 2012, the employer failed to assess the entire workplace for hazards which would require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The employer did not require PPE in the spray booth area or the snap machine area and did not conduct an assessment in order to ensure that employees were adequately protected.
