(a) On or about June 29, 2012, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from eye injury in that employees using pneumatic nailers did not wear safety glasses while re-roofing a house at 10043 Keenan St. in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
