29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of the top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches plus or minus 3 inches above the walking/working level: a) Aspen Homes of Colorado, Inc. at 5410 Wishing Well Lane, Timnath, CO 80547: On or before July 7, 2012, the employer allowed the framing subcontractor to set the window wall openigns at 36", without a toprail 42" +/- 3". Conditions exposed framing subcontractor employees to fall hazards of up to 10'.
