29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a. On or about July 10, 2012 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing sign installation from a 65XRB Telescopic Boom Aerial Lift basket did not have a lanyard secured to the basket, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with a fall of approximately fourteen (14) feet.
