29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502. a) 11 Hillside Avenue, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ: Employees engaged in residential roofing work were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 14 feet, while working without the use of guard rails, safety nets, personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection, on or about 7/12/2012. Gargas Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection 311056949; Citation number 02, Item number 001, issued on 3/09/2009 at a job site located at 318 Bell Avenue, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, and inspection 1/25/2008, item 01, citation 002, issued on 1/25/2008 at a job site located at 429 Williams Street, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, and inspection 311052575, citation 01, item 001, issued on 5/01/2008 at a job site located at 130 Ridge Road, Rutherford, NJ.
