29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a- 10 on 12 pitched exterior roof: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 ft to the concrete below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 04/23/2015 Gargas Roofing Inc was previously cited for repeat violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 516438 and 311052575. In regards to Inspection Number 516438, Citation # 02, Item # 001, was issued on 09/26/2012 to a workplace located at 11 Hillside Ave, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604. This citation became a final order on 01/15/2013. In regards to Inspection Number 311052575, Citation # 01, Item # 01, was issued on 05/01/2008 to a work place located at 130 Ridge Road, Rutherford NJ 07070. This citation became a final order on 09/09/2008 .
