29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. (a) 8 bay: On or about July 13, 2012 and times prior thereto, the exit accessed was reduced to 24 inches coming down the stairs. This exposed employees to trip hazards from exiting down the stairs. (b) Wood Shop: On or about July 13, 2012 and times prior thereto, the exit discharge was reduced to 26 inches. This exposed employees to trip hazards while exiting the building.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit" 8 Bay, North end of building: On or about 13 July and times prior thereto, no exit sign was located on the exit door. This exposed employees to delays in existing the building causing smoke inhalation and fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: Wood shop: On or about July 13, 2012 and times prior thereto, an air nozzle used for cleaning registered approximately 100 psi. Air nozzle was not equipped with deflector to reduce the pressure of air flow. This exposed employees to air embolism/laceration hazards if they contacted their skin.
