29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed: Renovation project at Building 222026, AAFB, Guam: On or about July 17, 2012, and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to protect its employees from the hazard of electric shock while performing renovation and maintenance electrical work duties on and around two power panels that had openings allowing accidental contact to the energized conductors and exposing employees to the hazard of electric shock.
