29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about July 17, 2012, and at times prior to that date, for the employees installing shingles on the roof of a two-story town home complex with a 5X12 pitch and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet, located at 3760 North Fourth Avenue, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
