Press Brake:  Employees were exposed to caught between hazards while operating a Dreis & Krump Press Brake at the manufacturing facility.  The employer failed to properly guard the press brake's point of operation.  b. Lock Strip Machine:  Employees were exposed to caught between hazards while operating a lock strip machine at the manufacturing facility.  The employer failed to properly guard the cutting mechanism of the machine.

Two wires entering the transformer on the rear of the press did not have effective strain relief.
