29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about July 16, 2012, on the Southwest side of the roof top; an employee was observed working from a roof top approximately 32 feet high and a roof pitch of 5/12 without fall protection. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard.
