29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Power-operated industrial trucks not in safe operating condition were not removed from service: On or about July 19, 2012, in the facility, employee(s) operated a Toyota propane-powered forklift truck (SN: 40427)that emitted carbon monoxide exhaust gas in excess of the recommended level of 1.0%. Carbon monoxide emission was tested at a level of approximately 1.9%.
