29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(10):  The employer did not ensure that, in all cases, the required information was provided for each hazardous chemical, and was readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):    Tyco Health Care Group LP, dba Covidien, at 5920 Longbow Drive, Boulder, CO: On or about 7/1/12 Tyco Health Care Group LP, dba Covidien, did not ensure that, in all cases, the required information was provided for each hazardous chemical, and was readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area.  A contractor applied Camger Coatings Systems Inc "Clear Additive Free 2K Acrylic" and "Clear Weatherseal Cure" to the Kalwall of Building 4 on 7/1/12.  The contractor also had onsite Camger Coatings Systems Inc "Clear Xylene QD Enamel Reducer" to be used if necessary.  The MSDS's for Camger Coatings Systems Inc "Clear Additive Free 2K Acrylic" and "Clear Xylene QD Enamel Reducer" were incomplete.  One Covidien employee, working in the area to restore Building 4's air handling units, was potentially exposed to vapors of the Kalwall coatings.  Covidien did not ensure that the MSDS's for all chemicals were complete.  This condition potentially exposed the Covidien employee to a chemical hazard.
