The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated a) On or about 7/19/12, on construction job at 633 Delaware Ave., Buffalo, NY: An employee was exposed to potential fall of approx. 15 ft. while in the elevated "basket" of a "JLG Model 800 AJ" aerial lift using a cutting torch to cut structural steel support beams on the building. The employee was wearing a full body harness with a lanyard, but the lanyard was not attached to the basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
