29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.    On or about July 20, 2012, at 12910 Old Hammond Hwy. in Baton Rouge, LA; the employer did not ensure that his employee was wearing eye proyectio when using the brick saw. The worker was cutting the bricks for the building wall. The building is going to be a library.
