An employee stood on the outermost stack of plywood, the forks were raised, and the employee was exposed to a fall of approx. 17 ft. while using a staple gun to install plywood on the northwest corner of the roof. There was no safety platform secured to the mast/forks and no other fall protection system was used.      NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
